#2 Apply for the job online: I’ve seen the most luck with people applying for their jobs online, because it’s going to go to the right people. You have to remember that many retail mega stores treat their hiring process as a number system. They can only afford so many people. I would say that if you’re qualified, you should easily land a job out of 10 – 15 job attempts.
